We begin the day gently. You arrive, phones off, the outside world left at the door. Ceremonial cacao and an opening circle to set intentions for the day. A gentle arrival into the space.

This meditation helps you fully arrive in the present moment and prepares your system for the deeper work ahead.

A moment for the body to integrate before we move into the breathwork journey. Vegan snacks provided.

Breathwork is one of the fastest ways to reconnect with the body and regulate the nervous system.
Through guided breath patterns you’ll open internal space, release held tension, and access deeper layers of awareness.
Many people describe this session as the moment everything begins to shift.

Once the body is open and the nervous system regulated, we turn toward self-inquiry. Through guided journaling prompts and reflective exercises, you’ll explore the subconscious patterns that quietly shape your life.
This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about seeing clearly.
Optional small-group sharing is offered for those who want deeper reflection and connection.
